Cancellation & refund policy

At Cacaoté, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and the best possible experience, delivered with care through our trusted partner, Blue Dart.

As our confections are freshly crafted and perishable, all purchases made at cacaote.in are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

If a delivery is not accepted by the recipient or cannot be completed due to incorrect order details provided by the customer, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient’s address by our third-party delivery partner cannot be refunded or replaced.

Customers are requested to ensure accurate delivery information at the time of placing the order. Any changes to the delivery address or details cannot be guaranteed. 

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us maintain the integrity and quality of our handcrafted chocolates and ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
