Step 1: Sourcing Our Chocolates

At Cacaoté, we source all our ingredeints cacao from trusted and renowned French and Swiss vendors. These premium ingredients are carefully shipped in air conditioned containers to ensure their quality remains uncompromised.

Step 2: Quality Assurance

Upon arrival, our Executive French Chef personally inspects each delivery, ensuring only the finest ingredients make it to Cacaoté’s kitchen. Only after receiving the chef’s seal of approval are the ingredients ready for use.

Step 3: Perfect Chocolate Tempering

Our chefs meticulously temper each flavor of chocolate, achieving the precise formation of stage 5 crystals. The chocolate is carefully tempered using state of the art european machines to create its signature high shine, velvety texture, and satisfying snap. A hallmarks of Cacaoté’s chocolates.

Step 4: Moulding Masterpieces

Next, the moulds are delicitaly sprayed with premium french cocao butter followed by filling tempered chocolate to create a unique chocolate shell. These molds are left to set for 24 hours, forming the exquisite bon bon shells.

Step 5: Filling the Shells

Each bon bon is filled with carefully crafted ganaches or compotes, often featuring 4-5 layers of indulgent flavors. The fillings are a closely guarded Cacaoté secret, ensuring every bon bon delivers a distinct and delightful experience.

Step 6: Sealing the Goodness

Once filled, the bon bons are sealed with a smooth layer of chocolate, locking in all the sweetness and perfection within.

Step 7: Final Perfection

Before reaching our customers, each batch undergoes rigorous testing by our chefs to ensure it meets Cacaoté’s standards for shine, texture, weight, and flavor. This guarantees you receive consistent quality with every purchase.
